Trip Itinerary

Day One: Arrival at Labuan Bajo (Lunch & Dinner)
- Meeting point at Labuan Bajo Airport
- Lunch at Prima Rasa Restaurant
- Photo stop at Puncak Waringin
- Hotel check-in
- Pick-up for dinner
- Dinner at Taman Laut Restaurant
Day Two: One-Day Trip (ODT) by Fast Boat (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
- 06.00–06.30 Pick-up from the hotel
- 06.45 Depart for island hopping to six destinations:
- 1. Padar Island–Trekking to the hilltop viewpoint
- 2. Komodo Island–Trekking and seeing Komodo dragons
- 3. Pink Beach–Snorkeling and relaxing on the beach
- 4. Taka Makassar–Snorkeling and relaxing on the sandbar
- 5. Manta Point–Snorkeling with manta rays (subject to conditions)
- 6. Siaba / Sebayur Island–Snorkeling
- Return to Labuan Bajo at around 16.00, then transfer back to the hotel
- 19.00–20.00 Dinner at Mai Chenggo Restaurant
Day Three: Departure & Souvenir Shopping (Breakfast)
- 07.00–10.00 Breakfast at the hotel
- 11.00 Hotel check-out

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Down payment is non-refundable.
High season surcharge: +10% of the normal rate.
Infants (under 2 years old): Free of charge.
Toddlers (2–4 years old): Pay 50% of the price.
Children (5 years and above): Full price applies.
Payment schedule: Minimum 50% down payment; remaining 50% due 7 days before the trip.
For payment on the day of the trip, a 70% down payment is required.
Rescheduling: Allowed up to 30 days before the trip and must be for the same boat.
Rescheduling less than 30 days prior will forfeit the down payment.
Guest cancellations: No refund, but booking can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).
Cancellations by authorities: If the harbormaster cancels due to weather, natural disasters, or other safety reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
Cancellations by the operator: For unavoidable issues (e.g., technical problems), the operator will arrange a replacement vessel at the same price. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

April through October is recommended for its best weather conditions. Wet season usually would start from November through January. No sailing trips on February (boats docking + bad weather). However, weather condition can’t be guaranteed 100%.
By Domestic direct flights: Jakarta (CGK), Surabaya (SUB), Bali (DPS) → Labuan Bajo (LBJ) or International direct flights: Kuala Lumpur (KUL) & Singapore (SIN) → Labuan Bajo (LBJ)
Most visitors explore the islands through sailing tours, either joining an Open Trip (shared group tour) or booking a Private Trip (private boat). These tours range from one-day trips to liveaboard trips within 2–3 days. Popular spots visited typically are Padar Island, Komodo/Rinca Island, Pink Beach, Taka Makassar, Manta Point, and several snorkeling areas.
2D1N trips are available on Monday–Tuesday, Tuesday–Wednesday, Wednesday–Thursday, Thursday–Friday, and Saturday–Sunday, while one-day and 3D2N trips are available every day.
Yes, it’s mandatory and is already included in most of the packages—since the ticket covers not just to see Komodo dragons in Komodo Island or Rinca Island, but all areas of Komodo National Park; Padar Island, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Rinca Island, Kalong Island, Taka Makassar, Gili Lawa, Manta Point, Siaba/Sebayur.
Yes, it’s included. We provide phone camera, DSLR/mirrorless, GoPro, and drone. However, drone can only be flown freely on certain islands (Kelor and Manjerite) and requires a permit to fly within Komodo National Park areas.
