Five-star services. I contacted Supratour after a friend recommended them for my next short tropical getaway in SEA. After browsing past media and promotions, we fell in love with Labuan Bajo and the Komodo Islands. We then decided to join an all-inclusive 3D2N Phinisi trip on the newly built Raffles yacht (2025). The boat and islands were absolutely stunning! I booked the Malacca suite with Supratour, which is supposedly the largest room even on most similar yachts. It has 180-degree panoramic windows, a jacuzzi tub and a private terrace. What a heavenly find for its price! Upon arriving at Komodo Airport the night before our sailing began, I discovered my luggage was delayed in transit at Bali airport and wouldn’t arrive until the next day. Although I had to leave without my bags, Supratour went above and beyond to help. They collected my luggage from the airport and arranged a speedboat with a small fee to deliver it to the yacht, even though we were further from land. They spoke late into the night to communicate with the yacht crew to change course to a meeting point so I could retrieve my bags and continue enjoying my holiday with enough clothes. While I realised I didn’t need as many outfits as I thought, the reunion was incredibly delightful. It was truly the service of the year! The sailing trip continued to be incredibly relaxing. I had a wonderful time sailing through the Komodo Islands with just six guests among ten attentive crew members!! We were spoiled by unforgettable views, a delicious culinary experience, excellent marine tours and crowd-dodging guides, and especially the most skilled private photographer. I wouldn’t have discovered this unique trip without Supratours’ help!

To be honest, we both had so much fun during the trip. 2 night at Loccal Collection and 3 night on phinisi (Raja Bintang 02). Everything went well & all good. Thank you for the good services Supratour! I thought it was just a honeymoon trip for us, luckily it was a babymoon, we only know about this good news after our honeymoon🤣🥰 For sure i’ll recommend for others too to visit this beautiful place ever! ☺️✨You will never regret for this unforgetable experience! 💕

I took my 3D2N sailing trip with Supratour, and it was one of my best decision! They responded quickly to all my queries and made the whole process easy and smooth. The admin was friendly, professional, and great to deal with. Overall, it was a well-organized and truly enjoyable experience. If any of my friends or I ever visit Labuan Bajo again, I’ll definitely take the package with them. Highly recommended!

Wir haben eine 3D2N-Segeltour mit Supratour in Labuan Bajo gemacht – insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung! 🌊⛵️ Unser Guide Yahya war sehr freundlich und informativ, und Alby hat wunderschöne Fotos gemacht. 📸 Auch die Crew war super nett und das Essen einfach köstlich! 🍽️ Der Admin des Supratour war sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil: Über unserem Zimmer war der Generator, daher war es nachts etwas laut. Trotzdem absolut empfehlenswert! 🙌💙

I booked 3D2N sailing trip with Supratour and the ciew was so magnificent! Every spot and angle was so spectacular with corals, turqoise ocean water, hills and nature. The ship crew was also very expert and give well explanation. Very recommended
