- Down payment is non-refundable.
- Infants (under 2 years old): Free of charge.
- Toddlers (2–4 years old): Pay 50% of the price.
- Children (5 years and above): Full price applies.
- Payment schedule: Minimum 50% down payment; remaining 50% due 7 days before the trip.
- For payment on the day of the trip, a 70% down payment is required.
- Rescheduling: Allowed up to 30 days before the trip and must be for the same boat.
- Rescheduling less than 30 days prior will forfeit the down payment.
- Guest cancellations: No refund, but booking can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).
- Cancellations by authorities: If the harbormaster cancels due to weather, natural disasters, or other safety reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
- Cancellations by the operator: For unavoidable issues (e.g., technical problems), the operator will arrange a replacement vessel at the same price. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

April through October is recommended for its best weather conditions. Wet season usually would start from November through January. No sailing trips on February (boats docking + bad weather). However, weather condition can’t be guaranteed 100%.
