Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • Down payment is non-refundable.
  • Infants (under 2 years old): Free of charge.
  • Toddlers (2–4 years old): Pay 50% of the price.
  • Children (5 years and above): Full price applies.
  • Payment schedule: Minimum 50% down payment; remaining 50% due 7 days before the trip.
  • For payment on the day of the trip, a 70% down payment is required.
  • Rescheduling: Allowed up to 30 days before the trip and must be for the same boat.
  • Rescheduling less than 30 days prior will forfeit the down payment.
  • Guest cancellations: No refund, but booking can be transferred to another person (substitute guest).
  • Cancellations by authorities: If the harbormaster cancels due to weather, natural disasters, or other safety reasons, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations by the operator: For unavoidable issues (e.g., technical problems), the operator will arrange a replacement vessel at the same price. If unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

  • April through October is recommended for its best weather conditions. Wet season usually would start from November through January. No sailing trips on February (boats docking + bad weather). However, weather condition can’t be guaranteed 100%.
